Instructions:
1. Save the file to the folder "my templates" in the Microsoft Office folder. It is likely to be found in Applications --> Microsoft Office --> My Templates.
2. Then, open word and go to file --> project gallery --> my templates and select it.
3. If the document you open says "Document 1" (or another number) at the top, you've done this correctly. If it says "DDWFile.dot," you are editing the template rather than using it. Instead, follow the directions in #2 again.
